Colton Hills announces its journey to become a World Class school.
Colton Hills Community School is on a journey to become a World Class School, having become a High Performance Learning pathway school. Working with this prestigious international organisation towards an accreditation as a school with the possible highest standards is an exciting prospect for all at Colton Hills.
Embarking on this pathway shows the commitment of Colton Hills to ensure that every student has the very best educational experiences possible and that they have the skills and qualifications that they need to excel. The school is ‘Good’ by OSFTED’s measures, but is setting its sights even higher.
Andrea Stephens, Headteacher, says “we are incredibly proud of what our students achieve, and by adopting the principles of High Performance Learning we are embracing our ethos that there are no excuses and no barriers to success, and we focus on every child, in every lesson, every day”.
“It is an exciting time for everyone at Colton Hills, and we would love to invite people into the school to show them the changes that are happening.”
